Make a reservation at www.grandstayhospitality.com, then in the next 24 hours find a better online rate. If in those 24 hours, you happen to find a lower rate for the same hotel location, room type and reservation dates, submit a claim immediately. GrandStay® Hospitality promises that if you find a lower rate on some other booking channel, the hotel will match that rate plus award you an additional 25% discount. Subject to terms and conditions listed below.
Terms and Conditions
- Best Online Rate Guarantee applies to reservations made on the GrandStay® Hospitality website for all GrandStay® locations.
- The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:
- Rates that are not publicly available such as negotiated corporate or group rates.
- Discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously specified criteria such as AAA members, seniors, government employees, etc.
- Package rates that include the room and other components such as dinner, entertainment, travel, car rental, etc. or promo code discounts posted exclusively in the “Deals” section of GrandStay Hospitality website are not eligible.
- Rates available on auction websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
- Rates available on Web sites such as Priceline and Hotwire that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
- Rates that are negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
- Pre-paid reservations that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate.
- The GrandStay® rate and the "Competing Rate" must be found, and a claim submitted, within 24 hours and must be for the same hotel location, room type and reservation dates.
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking a reservation on the Grandstay® Hospitality website.
- Claims must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
- If a claim is for a reservation for multiple nights, the rates for each night will be compared individually based on an average for the entire stay.
- If a lower rate is reserved through a website (other than www.grandstayhospitality.com or individual GrandStay® Hospitality Property websites), GrandStay® Hospitality is not responsible for fees incurred due to the cancellation of the reservation.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- GrandStay® Hospitality reserves the right to adjust or cease Best Online Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
Making a claim under the Best Online Rate Guarantee is a simple process.

When a claim is submitted customer service at GrandStay® will validate the availability of the lower rate and verify that the rate meets the terms and conditions of the guarantee. Customer service will contact you within 24 hours of submitting claim.
