At GrandStay Residential Suites, we understand that corporate, leisure and extended stay travelers come from many places. Business travelers attending training classes or on temporary assignment, corporate relocation or government business and leisure travelers all have different needs. That's why we offer flexible building designs to meet the demands of your specific market. And best of all, you can maximize the profit potential of your hotel by configuring the property with a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom suites.

Initial Hotel Franchise Fee: $35,000 due upon execution
Royalty Fees: $3.75 per occupied room
Grand Returns Fee (Guest Loyalty Program): $4.00 per night per participating guest

All GrandStay Residential Suites are franchised and primarily focused in secondary and tertiary commercial and destination markets. Each franchise agreement provides for an exclusive territory in the primary trading area surrounding the site for the life of the contract.
