You can enjoy the Rock Valley Kiwanis Trail featuring a 655' long bridge,  built in 1911, and a sand beach at your ending point. Further around those trails is the Rock Valley Campground swimming beach. The entire trail is 6.5 miles long, with lots of beautiful scenery to enjoy along the way. For those of you that own Kayaks, you can take a ride down the Rock River.
