​Carlos Creek Winery is an award-winning establishment that produces a great selection of contemporary wines. Perfect for wine buffs or those just looking for a fun day trip, Carlos Creek holds daily guided tours and tasting sessions. This Alexandria wedding venue also offers a range of other amenities including bike rentals, live music, & an open grill on the weekends.

Guests staying at nearby GrandStay® Hotel & Suites Parkers Prairie or using the Parkers Prairie Event Center can enjoy the best of Carlos Creek Winery with a special wine package.

 

Daily Free Tours (reservation required for groups of 10 or more) –

June-September: Daily at 1pm and 3pm, plus 5pm on Saturdays

October-May: Daily at 3pm, plus 1pm & 5pm on Friday & Saturday

Wine Tasting Sessions (all day) – five wines of your choice for only $7 per person and souvenir glass.

Events:

  • Grape Stomp Festival  (September) – Enjoy live music from 12 bands, special wine tasting sessions, the Great American Lunberjack Show and a range of other attractions, plus 150 art and food stalls – and grape stomping, of course!
  • Applefest (October) – A great family festival to celebrate the end of the apple harvest. Attractions include catapult demonstrations, wagon rides, a quilt show and auction, a pie-eating contest and of course great wine, beer and food.
  • Hunting Widow’s Weekend (November) – Abandoned for the hunting season? Make the most of it at this fun festival for the ladies. Live music, a Christmas market, grilled treats and an array of wine-related events add up to a great day out. Free admission and a bonus wine if you’re wearing blaze orange when you purchase a tasting session.

Other weekend events include Painting Classes, Murder Mystery Dinners, Comedy Nights, & More.
