GrandStay Hospitality, LLC, the franchisor for GrandStay Hotels announces a new GrandStay Hotel & Suites in the beautiful community of Milbank, South Dakota.

The 46-room hotel will include standard, deluxe and extended stay rooms with full kitchens and feature a large indoor pool recreation area and conference space. Located in northeast South Dakota on the south fork of the Whetstone Creek. This lovely community is along the Yellowstone Trail – the first transcontinental highway, known today as US Highway 12. Milbank is 178 miles west of Minneapolis, MN and 124 miles north of Sioux Falls, SD on Highway 15. The hotel is being developed by 15 Hotel Group, Inc. owned by Mark and Susan Leddy of Milbank. Construction is slated to begin in early April 2018.
