GrandStay Hospitality, LLC Announces New Hotel
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (June 12, 2014) – GrandStay Hospitality, LLC the franchisor for GrandStay Hotel & Suites, GrandStay Residential Suites and Crossings By GrandStay is pleased to announce the signing of a new franchise agreement in Valley City, ND.
The hotel is being developed by a group of local Valley City residents, VC Lodging, LLC, and will feature a variety of guest rooms including extended stay suites. Discover Lodging Management, Inc. a Fargo, ND based professional hotel management company that manages hotels throughout the Midwest, will operate the property.
Valley City, North Dakota is located 60 miles west of Fargo and 135 miles east of Bismarck.  Located in the scenic Sheyenne River Valley, the hotel site is easily accessible by its location near Interstate 94. 
The community is surrounded by incredible outdoor recreation, unique shopping and dining.     Valley City’s thriving and robust business community includes:  John Deere Seeding Group, Eagle Creek Services Software, Valley City Regional Technology Center and more.
