GrandStay Hospitality, LLC Announces New Sioux Falls Area Hotel
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (December 17, 2014) – GrandStay Hospitality, LLC, the franchisor for GrandStay Hotel & Suites, GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel and Crossings By GrandStay, is pleased to announce the construction of a new hotel in Tea/Sioux Falls, SD. 
The hotel is being developed by Tea Hospitality, LLC, and will feature a variety of guest rooms including extended stay suites, king whirlpool suite, deluxe double queen and king bedded rooms. Hotel guests will enjoy complimentary Grand Start® Breakfast, a spacious swimming pool/ whirlpool area and well-appointed meeting space. 
Tea, South Dakota is located in the southwestern region of Sioux Falls, South Dakota’s largest city, bordering Iowa and Minnesota, in the “Heart of America.”  The hotel site is conveniently located near Interstate 29 and Highway 106.  Tea is the home of a 7,200 square foot meeting and banquet facility, All Occasions by Hy-Vee, which can accommodate up to 400 for a banquet.  This event center is located 2 blocks from the hotel and is a “local best” in the Sioux Falls area.  Other popular event locations include the Tea Events Hall, the Lakota Events Hall and the Tea City Park, a popular venue for outdoor weddings. The Tea area hosts a variety of regional sports teams at the nearby and soon-to-be expanded Tea Athletic Complex. 
Guests will discover a variety of shopping and dining in Sioux Falls as well as easy accessibility to many of the area’s largest companies. The beautiful Falls Park, situated on 123 acres in downtown Sioux Falls, is a popular destination and is a short drive from the hotel.
