GrandStay® Hospitality, LLC is the franchisor for GrandStay Hotels and is the legal owner of the GrandStay brand. GrandStay® Hospitality, LLC will be referred to in this document as “GHS”, “the company” or “the brand”.
GSH may collect information from you when you register on our site, make a reservation, subscribe to our newsletter, join our loyalty club or fill out a form.

GSH implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you make a reservation or access your personal information.
The information processes through a secure server. All sensitive information/credit information is transmitted via a secure encryption protocol that meets the current PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) for safeguarding payment data. When a payment is made on your credit or debit card, your information is encrypted into a payment gateway provider’s database and will only be accessed by those authorized with special access rights to such systems to process the transaction. The payment gateway processor is contractually required to keep the information secure and confidential.
Your private information and credit information will be secured and retained for a reasonable period to complete the sale and services you have purchased and consumed. Information may be kept longer to meet tax, regulatory, accounting and law enforcement needs or for other legitimate legal purposes.
Yes. Yes. The company follows the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age. If a minor/child’s information has been improperly provided, the company will take all reasonable and legal steps to delete that information.
