GrandStay Hotel & Suites in Luverne, Minnesota is seeking a dynamic GENERAL MANAGER to lead the development and growth of this top-rated hotel, focusing on first-class service and the creation of memorable guest experiences. Excellent compensation (DOQ) and benefits package offered!
The General Manager leads the daily operations of the hotel by managing the team, exemplifying and training the organization’s culture, monitoring guest flow, developing relationships, creating budgets and business plans, financial balancing, bank deposits, controlling inventory, maintaining the property, and monitoring activities and services to ensure hotel operations are operating to plan. The General Manager must also cope with the unexpected situations involving guests, employees, and the property. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the goal of obtaining optimum efficiencies and maximize profits through a focused sales effort.
This position has supervisory responsibilities, operational and financial management, and administrative duties.
At least five (5) years related management experience in a hotel environment. A Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality and/or finance is preferred.

GUEST SERVICE AGENT - GRANDSTAY® HOTEL & SUITES LUVERNE, MN is also accepting applications for a full-time GUEST SERVICE AGENT. This position is responsible for servicing the Front Desk activities with primary responsibility for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, quality, consistency, cleanliness, and excellent guest service to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations and maximize profits by performing assigned duties. Responsible for the daily operations of the front desk; including answering phones, taking reservations, greeting guests and demonstrating exceptional service and hospitality. Ensures exceptional guest service through communication and follow-up with employees and guests.
