The GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel of Sheboygan is seeking candidates for the General Manager position. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the hotel.  Oversees all aspects of the property including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development, all while ensuring quality brand standards are obtained.

Responsible for day-to-day management of hotel and staff; marketing; establishing community relations; record keeping; financial balancing; bank deposits; daily, weekly and monthly reports; employee staffing and training; controlling inventory; maintaining the property; as well as, handling unexpected situations involving guests, employees, and the property.

Ensure highest possible level of guest satisfaction by resolving issues while maintaining a high level of employee morale. 

Salary and benefit packaged based on experience. Previous Hotel General Manager experience required.

GUEST SERVICE AGENT - GRANDSTAY® HOTEL & SUITES LUVERNE, MN is also accepting applications for a full-time GUEST SERVICE AGENT. This position is responsible for servicing the Front Desk activities with primary responsibility for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, quality, consistency, cleanliness, and excellent guest service to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations and maximize profits by performing assigned duties. Responsible for the daily operations of the front desk; including answering phones, taking reservations, greeting guests and demonstrating exceptional service and hospitality. Ensures exceptional guest service through communication and follow-up with employees and guests.
